WebNo, the stuttering was mitigated in ways of shader compilation or whatnot but the actual traversal stutter was, is and looks like is going to be an issue. I haven't touched the game in a while but it still has a fair bunch of issues, like DLSS not applying recommended texture bias and you have to do it manually with nvidia inspector.
