WebApr 11, 2024 · jeffmoule. Participant. I have a 45’ Silverton with twin 6CTA 8.3 engines. The starboard engine, (46181874) is surging at about 1100 rpm’s. It seems to accelerate slightly for a moment then fall back to desired rpm. If I bump up the rpm’s to 1400 the surging stops. The engine runs great otherwise, never stalls and always starts right up.
